i almost thought i could give this place a good review, until i had to struggle with an old elevator and then discovered my room was missing a hair dryer. it's incredible how they expect me to be content with such subpar amenities, really woudl ve been nice to get some complimentary treats for my trouble.

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from historic sites! I loved the outdoor swimming pool too.

The room had old towels, but the free Wi-Fi was helpful.

I tell ya, the folks here were real kind and the place was clean enough, but them beds was hard as a rock. I’d a slept better on the floor. Location’s sweet, just a few blocks from the heart of it all. Wish they’d fix up them mattresses before I come again, though.

The outdoor swimming pool was a good escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved unwinding in the leisure room after exploring all day. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short stroll to downtown attractions!

The room was basic but clean, and I really appreciated the early check-in they offered. The outdoor swimming pool and leisure room were great spots to chill out after a long day. Just a heads up, the towels could use a refresh, but overall it was a solid stay! 🌟

The location is a standout, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore. Despite the room being basic, it was clean, and the staff addressed any issues promptly, providing good service. Breakfast featured delicious home-baked Alentejo bread, which was a nice touch. However, there were some hiccups, including a lack of towels and an issue with the safe in the room that required multiple calls to resolve.

This place is an excellent value with a fantastic breakfast featuring eggs, fresh fruits, and pastries—perfect for my picky kids! Plus, the location is a dream, just steps away from downtown attractions. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early, which is always a plus while traveling.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, showing great service. I highly recommend it and I’m coming back for Easter!

It was just a top selection for short stay in Guadalajara with best value. The cooked-to-order omelettes during breakfast were a delicious surprise. Check the parking options if arriving by bus.
